The Executive Leadership Team is comprised of the key leaders in the organization of Missional University. They collaborate together to move the Academic, Administration, Advertising and Advancement Divisions forward working together to fulfill the mission and vision of the university. Other key leaders in the overall strategy include the University Chaplain and Directors of University Partnerships, Relations and Human Resources.

The Board of Directors meets periodically and reviews reports from the various areas of the university. The Executive Leadership Team prepares presentations and materials from their areas for the board to review.
